We try to conduct the recruitment process in a dynamic way, thereby respecting the candidates' time. Proven methods and support from the HR department allow us to select best Specialists in a short time. After the completed recruitment process we transfer feedback to each person who has devoted time to meet us.

    Training

    The Employees have a system of internal training courses, conducted by our coaches. External training courses are adjusted to current development needs of particular Employees.

    Language courses

    At Global Assistance Polska there is a program of grants for English lessons for the disabled, for whom the command of this language is essential in performing their work duties.
