Moto assistance services for mixed truck and car fleets can also be paired with Truck Assistance or Medical Assistance.

The moto assistance package can include the following services:
on-site vehicle repair at the scene of the incident to the extent necessary to continue the journey
towing the vehicle to a garage or location designated by the customer
transport of an electric vehicle to the nearest charging station
replacement of a light bulb in the car to enable driving in accordance with the regulations in Poland or another country where the malfunction occurred
supplying fuel on the road in an amount that allows you to safely reach the nearest station and refuel
covering the costs of hotel accommodation and transport of passengers to the indicated place
renting a replacement vehicle of a similar class to the customer’s vehicle
arranging a replacement driver and covering the costs (e.g. in a situation where the driver is hospitalized and none of the other passengers has a driver’s license)
arranging and covering the costs of travel to the place of residence of the driver or covering the costs of continuation of the travel for the driver and passengers to their destination

The Claims Tracking Module is our own application, which allows the user to have an access to information regarding the progress of the moto assistance case.

- the status of the case in real time,
- track the path of the tow truck,
- upload documents and exchange messages with the person handling the claim.
